2. AI-Powered Services
The Service provides AI-generated designs and compliance checks. While we strive for accuracy, these tools are for assistance and do not replace the final professional judgment of a registered architect or engineer. The user is ultimately responsible for ensuring all designs are safe and compliant with all applicable laws, including the National Building Code 2016 and RERA Act.
3. Intellectual Property
You (the user) retain all intellectual property rights to the project data and plans you upload. We claim no ownership over your designs. By using the AI generative features, you are granted a full commercial license to use the AI-generated output for your projects.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account, including maintaining the security of your password and Passkey.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
